i'm not really sure if one is allowed to use this image in this context, hmm.
besides that i kinda like it. maybe you could enhance contrast in gimp or the like; it's kinda airy and hard to see, also because it's so tiny.
but it's a good start i think!

In an effort to just see what "hands" would look like, I (ahem) borrowed a copy of Escher's "Drawing Hands" to use as an icon for this group.

If anyone has a better idea, feel free to let me know. Really, I'm just experimenting, and this is one of the first things that came up in a Google image search for "hands."
