Mix creme cheese with goat cheese and chives.
Cut tomatoes and sprinkle with salt, sugar, herbs, and olive oil. Dry in the ofen at low heat.
Crush some salty crackers with butter for a cookie dough.
Line tumbler with film to prevent sticking. Place cookie dough in the tumbler.
Tomatoes dried in the ofen. Stack tomatoes and cheese in the tumbler. Refrigerate.
Ready. Decorated with lettuce and vinaigrette.
Try it with a sauvignon.
