A lovable young scanner with extraordinary telepathic powers takes one of her father's experimental drugs and transforms into a murderous megalomaniac.

She first takes over her father's pharmaceutical company, then the deranged scanner goes on a killing spree and takes over the television company in her quest for world domination.

The only hope of stopping the madness lies with her scanner brother who has been living in seclusion in a Thai Monastery. Does he even have enough power to stop her though?
