This cult classic monster movie gem takes place in a small town near Denver where a silver mine has been closed since 1912 because of a tragic cave-in that killed 27 miners. Two young men begin to explore the long-abandoned old mine when it is re-opened by a group of eager miners.

One of the men goes missing and his friends begin a search that leads them to horrifying consequences. They are all unaware of the evil that has been unleashed and soon, one by one, the townspeople are snatched up by giant leech-like animals with slithering tentacles and deadly bites.

Suddenly, the grisly truth is revealed and a young couple is forced to confront the creepy creatures in order to save their lives.....and the entire town.
