'virtualsky' - I never know which leaves to harvest. My yard is a perfect place to eat from as I never put any fertilizer or weed killer or anything on it (and I've been here 20 years - yikes!). But do I only use really young leaves? Inner leaves? outer leaves? Do they keep? Oh, I am not a good harvester. I used to grow lettuce but I was always unsure of when to harvest so it would always bolt before I did anything. I didn't want to hurt the plant!
