Once there was a giant with a big bag of sand on his back, where a hole was in. The sand that flowed out formed Dutch "mountains". For us, lowlanders, these hills are really mountains.
In fact, our 'mountains' are moraines from the last ice age. Now it is one of my favorite all-seizon hiking areas

I love this Dutch mountain. That's like we in the Ozarks of Arkansas calling our hills, "Mountains" Actually they are a plateau, but let it never be said that I called them that. Remmel, I love your remarks !

Thank Marvin you for your understanding of our 'mountains'. Even though I think that the Ozarks are more entitled to the name "Mountain/Berg" than the modest Dutch hills. Regards, Remmelt
