Sorry, not been active much - Had shingles diagnosed. Makes it really difficult to sit down, especially in front of a computer screen!

Thank you, Sonja. Not been as active here or ipernity as before. I'm still teaching as before but am having to stand up in my classes all the time. No sign of improvement but am told I must be patient / stoical!
