Hi,
I know, this was a thread often before and it's not the fault of 23 when some stupids run dos-attacks on your server, but it's getting on my nerves when I want to look at some pics and get world wide waiting.
Today I needed three attempts to login an two to allow picturesync entering my account.
It would be nice, if you could do something against this problem, because 23 is great!
Thanks a lot!

Where are you located? This might be some network trouble rather than problems with 23.
In fact, I was just reading through the monitoring log from the past week -- and according to that we've only had four minutes of (possible) downtime over the past seven days with response time averages around 550ms for total page load.

Hm, I personally didn't have any problems with 23 today, nor in the past few days, everything is running smoothly (from Germany too)

Alright, if you do run into more trouble, please let us hear it. Specifically, a traceroute to www.23hq.com could be helpful in identifying issues. On Windows, you'd create this by opening command prompt and then typing in "tracert www.23hg.com" and hitting enter. Then, copy-paste the result to us or send a screenshot to steffen@23visual.com

Even so I hope you know better than me, I do not think www.23hg.com is equal to www.23hq.com
At least the IP addresses are different.
But again, not Team23 :-D
