newbie needs help for creating css

Hi,
I need some help in creating a CSS file for my 23hq.com account. It should be similar to my blog page here: http://ise.ohost.de
But I have not so much experience in CSS. I have managed little things right now.
Can anyone help me to create one?

Ok, I have manged several things on my own. Just installed WebDeveloper tools in firefox and creating my own theme...
Looks very promising at the moment :D
