Perhaps we can convince the authors of noticin.gs to query for and accept submissions at 23 as well as flickr. But for now feel free to dual upload and share your noticings here.
Please read The Rules about what constitutes a noticing! But in summary... Something that catches your attention, no people, visible in a public place, must be geotagged, and uploaded as "public".
