It is a view only to be cropped or zoomed from a paved side road for special permits and non-motorized use only that leads up to it from downriver, not the mostly atractive hiking trail from the village where we stayed. It looks quite compact, tall and lonely this way, but in truth it is on a rock right above the very busy main road surrounded to 2/3rds by buildings not really pretty to look at
