Hi Steffen, I posted a message under my photo in his account. Could it be, that he is posting content, which he has no right to do so? Look at his gallery.

Yup, that's my question too. For now, I have taken the photo offline (marked it private). Would you mind sending him a mail through http://www.23hq.com/evinqvist/a/mail and see if he reacts. If not, let me know and I'll take it from there.

I posted him a message: "Hello .....,
today I saw, that one of my photos (http://www.23hq.com/evinqvist/photo/7787095) was posted in your gallery. I am happy, that you like my picture, but I would rather prefer to get contacted and asked about the possibility to repost and use my photo, since I am the copyright holder of it. I contacted 23hq.com about it, so in a first step they marked the photo private. I urge you to delete the photo from your account. If you like my photo, you can add it to your favorites here in 23hq.com.
I opened a discussion thread under http://www.23hq.com/photogroup/help/conversation/7789068 , where you can clarify thinks.
Please mail me or post a message in the discussion thread about what your next step of action will be.

Hmph. Most of the photos in that account are scans or sourced from the internet. Which is sort of ok, except that the default copyright claims ownership.
