Need help sorting out how to use 23? Or have you discovered one of those nasty bugs?

Photos showing as broken links in Chrome

Perkin-warbeck   December 19, 2011, 01:30 PM

I recently switched from Firefox to Chrome. Since then, ALL of the photos posted by http://www.23hq.com/Dan-Tuyet display as broken image links. All photos from all other users display properly. As an experiment, I tried Firefox, and Dan-Tuyet's photos display properly. What is it about the specific combination of his photos and the Chrome browser that is causing this?

Yup, and it's fixed now.

For the geekily inclined: In a recent version of Chrome, the policy on how to serve files with a Content-Disposition header containing spaces. To be fair, this change is in accordance with the HTTP standard, but it threw us for a loop and meant that all uploaded photos where the original file contained spaces were being discarded by Chrome.

Thanks for the fix -- and for the explanation.
