Pages loading very slowly

Pages are taking up to 30 seconds to load. It has been so for at least two days. This happened once before , so maybe the problem is the same.

I've been running performance check across servers to determine which one is causing this problem (there was a similar request a few days ago), but I'm getting fair response times for everything -- and have been for the past three days. I guess we need to expose some debugging info to you guess to help us find it. Hang tight.
