Plus via paypal

Hi,
about a month ago (August 18th) i sent 20 € via paypal to activate my plus account. About a week later (August 24th), i sent an email to ask for activation. Since then, my account has not been activated. Could the 23hq-team please have a look? My paypal address and the mail address in my 23hq-account do not match, therefore i added these information in my mail mentioned above.
