uploads not working

no matter what i attempt to upload, i get the following error:
These files couldn't be uploaded (possibly because the file type isn't supported):
filename.jpg
just uploading run of the mill jpegs.

Sounds weird since we haven't been seeing this elsewhere.
We'll be resetting some stuff over the next few minutes to see if this fixes the issue. If you're still not able to upload photos, please send me one the offending files at steffen@23company.com and I'll try to figure out the issue.

it's working now, but it persisted for a good half hour.

I'm noticing this same problem right now. Interestingly enough it seems to be inconsistent. I initially tried to do a batch upload of 11 photos, but some of them didn't upload. I deleted the ones that did successfully (because I don't want them out of order) and tried to re-upload the batch again. It wasn't the same photos that successfully got uploaded.
Now I'm trying to do them one by one but the error is persisting quite a bit.

Shortly after posting the above the issue has been resolved and I was able to upload my photos without error. I didn't change the photos or re-export them, so I don't know what was up. Thanks guys!

That's good to hear. I'll have a look at some of the log files to see what's been causing these intermittent problems over the past few days...
