..30-photo limit for free-accounts did not reset on 1 February 10 ..Upload page indicates I've uploaded 30 this month although my last photo was uploaded 29 January 10
..Could someone give something a little nudge? ..Thanks

I have the same problem.............. Help!

- à partir du 1° jour du mois ( ex. : 01 Feb to 01 March etc) or
- à partir de la date du premier "upload" (ex 18 feb to 18 march )
50% in french 50% in english
Can you understand me ???

Merci Claude. Mais ce ne suffit plus à expliquer que ça bloque. Mon dernier chargement est sur janvier du 21 au 27.
Nous sommes le 27 février et il ne se passe toujours rien ???

My upload limit of 30 pics for free account didn't reset on May 2011. My last upload was April 30, 2011.

Hi Ellute,
The quota did in fact reset on April 30th, but note that the reset isn't carried out at exactly midnight in all timezone -- so all we guarantee is that all resets are made before the first of the month for all users. In this case, your user account quota was reset on the afternoon on April 30th CET and you have upload 30 photos since that time meaning the your quota is at 0.
