Help for 23

This might require 23 intervention. I've decided to switch which email account I have notifications sent to.

But, back when I was testing the contacts & sending features I used the desired account as a test case. Now 23 seems to have a person associated with it and won't release it even though I've never "created a password" with this email address.

I tried removing it from my contacts and voiding any "sending" subscriptions I had set up to it, but no luck.

Am I missing a step or have I just painted myself into a corner?
