i've noticed that iphone photos uploaded in portrait orientation display in landscape.
is there any way to fix this, other than manually using "rotate right" on every upload, via the website?
these photos are pushed up via the status update feature, so there isn't time to manually rotate them before a bunch of people see them.

Which tool are you using to upload from the iPhone? I remember the 1.0 version of the phone had some issues shipping the rotation information about the photo correctly -- but I haven't had trouble myself since then.
My usual approach to upload from the iPhone is either emailing directly from the camera app if it's just one photo -- or Pixelpipe for batch uploading.

i wanted to get the original size up on 23hq - so i used the trick of copying and pasting the photo from the camera roll and into the email.
this didn't work, rotation wise.
i've since tried pixelpipe, which worked fine, since it seems to upload the original after changing the orientation to " Horizontal (normal)"
too bad, since 23hq supports nifty customization when uploading to various email addresses [and not when using pixelpipe] but since pixelpipe at least works, it isn't a dealbreaker.
