Default Sort Issue in Photogroups

I have created a new Photogroup for my friends.
I add a batch of pictures uploaded recently to the group - No problem.
I add another batch of pictures from another album to this group (this album has pictures taken and uploaded much earlier than the ones above) - Problem
Problem: I cant seem to set "default" the sorting of pictures in the photogroup by the taken date. The older "uploaded" pictures always show up first, whereas I want the pictures ordered by taken date.
Moreover the second batch of pictures were uploaded much earlier than the new ones, then why should they show up earlier than the newly uploaded ones in the photogroup?
My default setting in my photo pages is based on taken date, why does this also not get set for my photogroups?
This is frustrating!

Hey jyodey,
Photogroups are something distinctly different from your account -- they're designed to be shared amongst loads of people. This is why your default sort setting doesn't follow you into the photogroup. Instead, relevancy in groups is the most recently posted item -- just like the most recently posted thread in this forum shows up on top.
Having said that, we've made some updates this morning to enable you to set the default order of photos in photogroups. Go to your photogroup and you'll find the options under Group settings in the sidebar.

Yes I find the option in the group settings! And it seems to be working.
Thanks a ton.
It makes life so much more easier now...
A quick observation:
When I select "upload date" and save I see the pictures grouped based on the upload date. But the moment I select "See all #photos in this group" the order reverts back to ordering by posting date.
Where as the correct way would be whats happening for taken date ordering, where once its set on taken date it remains so even when I select the option to view all photos in the group. This is OK not the above (or is that by design?)
