The new edit funtion for comments on photos seams to produce double-entries?! After Mouseclick on "Update coment" the edit frame is opend in a new browser window. I use Firefox 2.0.0.4 under Ubuntu 7.04 (Linux) on a x86. Every time I comfirm the changes in this window a new Comment entry is build.

Maybe the problem is somehow related to Linux/Firefox, because i received 3x same subscription emails advising me of that comment you made re the double-entries. Before that, i also received multiple emails regarding another comment you made on a different photo. I'm using Flock 0.7.14 on mac OSX 10.4.10 without any problems - on my screen i have only one entry for each comment. (I only use Flock for 23; for all other web-surfing i use Camino)
Interesting to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem as you.

I just wanted to post that I can full ack this bug, also using FF2.0.0.4 on Ubuntu - but then it suddenly seemed to work...

Hm, this seems like a very strange behaviour:
The first time I edit a comment, it gets double posted. I click back and refresh the page. I deleted the "doubleposted" comment. I edited the first comment -> I'm taken to a new page like before, but no doublepost. I click back and refresh the page. I edit the first comment again and *now* everything seems to be fine - the comment gets edited and the browsers remains on the same page - like it should be.

I could not reproduce the error on another PC (Internet Explorer or Firefox under Windows nor with Linux/Firefox) today.

Hmmm, obviously this issue is not confined to Linux/Firefox because i've managed to reproduce it just now (mac OSX/Flock).
I posted a comment on one of dustpuppy's photos & a text-only page appeared after my edit. Each time i refreshed that page, the comment was reproduced, so i went back to the page where i originally clicked on the photo's link & there, to my horror, were 4x my comment entries! I then deleted 3 of them in turn, refreshed the page & all looks ok now. Puzzling for sure...

Hi guys,
This should be fixed now. Or at least inkscar tell me so. All responsibility rests with her ;-)
