not getting the full 1000

The uploader says I've already uploaded 1000 and is not letting me upload any more. But my account is telling me I've only uploaded 921.

Deleted photos already count towards the quota -- does that account for the missing 79 shots?

Yes, that does explain it, thanks.
But now I'm puzzled by seeing on one of your pages that free account users are only allowed 30 per month. Is it 30 or 1000?
