Betty -- All what you got to do is during the time they reproduce (here it's in May, but ask your nature centre) go on a sunny day and find a pond with a dense waterfrog-type amphibian population and some good open views in the reeds, then sit down there quitely and be as motionless as possible. They will before soon forget all about you walking there and seating yourself and start serenading each other very close to you again as if they are all alone, unless of course you are surrounded by other things that may concearn the frogs into silence.
