Imitating a hummingbird, as the name suggests, in its feeding habitus, and about the size and colours of a Hermit (Phaethornis), striking convergent evolution at work. / Er gleicht wirklich sehr einem Kolibri in Aussehen und Benehmen, besonders den Schattenkolibris (Phaethornis) wegen der Groesse und Farbstellung.
