This is one and only originally constructed three story building in my kibbutz. This architectural style (if I'm not mistaken) is called BauHaus.

Plain bauhaus villas with a mediterran looking lowslanted hipped roof are rather trendy here of late. Postmodern newly built single family homes and 2-4 family units often follow the pattern -- but I never saw one with a slanted roofed Y-truss gallery like this.
It is certainly interesting in it's way, sort of a bauhaus-romanesque revival hybrid....
