✎ The Queen Anne style building -- and its attached twin next door -- were designed by architect Bassett Jones as part of 12 row houses along Park Ave. between 69th & 70th Sts. The two buildings are the last remaining vestiges of the 12 original houses completed in ~1883. The two lonely survivors of the once long row valiantly retain much of their 19th Century integrity....
