This little cart spur on an earthen wall parting two old fish production ponds of a weathy monastry was here long before saecularisation already and now is embeded as trail in the patchwork of a protected nature site, one pond higher up and right there with the outlet by that embankment and one further down just forming later on, with huge reedbeds below the feet and no accessible beaches. It is usually something interesting going on what ever the time of the year, and it is also a popular spot with people bicycling, walking the dog, jogging or taking the whole family on a little afternoon walk. Some ask birder with true interest what they see with equipment, others react with amusement on uncool scope users or they deliberately ring bicycle bells al the time to clear their way from pedestriants of all sorts.
Lets say, during the week outside tourist season it can be peaceful for some minutes sometimes.
