Waders, Divers and Waterfowl

It successfully took several tiny bites out and ate while standing out in the sun. I guess it is baby fish or waterbound larvae of large insects flocking to the steems of the reeds for shelter and oxigen it was after. It was very far away and this is both zoomed in and cropped so I never got a good detailed view of the living sushi, just the bird walking, the lowered hunting poses and sometimes after the bill came back up a little gulp in the stout neck.
