The coloured window set a few extra accents. This is very becomming to the candles in particular.
This church had the rare luck to get almost perfectly restored to its neogothic interrior instead of stripped bare to modern blandness. The carved saints in it are here much happier than in modernized village churches, although the borders of their clothes lost all the fine designs. Skilled work at tiny details today is simply more expensive than leaf gold, so they got wide and straight shiney hems now.
