This building could be in northern Germany, too. Clinkers are common here. Such fringe at the doors and windows, the staved windows - It could be Lower Saxony. Are there recent Germans in Santa Catarina?

Not exactly recent, but Southern Brazil was in great part colonized by Germans. Can you spell Gisele Bündchen? :)
