Fountain outside Copenhagen Airport: it's acting randomly but wouldn't it be 100 percent cooler if you could interact and 'play' it? Why have a computer control it entirely when you have literally thousand curious travellers comming by every day?

I've always loved the "please don't fall down and hurt yourself" sign. It seems like such a bad, caotic fall -- and I feel sorry for the guy.
