Elbphilharmonie
The Elbphilharmonie will be be stacked on top of the 1960’s factory warehouse, seen in the picture above. The hall, which will house a 2,400 seat concert hall and 500 seat chamber music hall, will also include a 200-room luxury hotel and 21 luxury apartments. The factory building, meanwhile, will maintain its original facade structure and house much of the new facilities. |

The Hamburg Senat is putting just enough taxmoney into that piece of crap that Hamburg’s upper class can easily afford the entrance fee and just not enough that the general public can afford it.
And by the way it’s (Like the U4) a try to save the failed investments in the Hafencity (Lots of members and doners of the governing party CDU have invested there and it’s a Prestige Project for the [son of a bitch!] Major von Beust) with tax money.
