This is one of those photos I really must thank you for sharing. The layering of the hills and the sky is magical, and you've captured a lot of subtle earthy tones and the gradated sky in a way that is perfectly representative of the virtues of the Yorkshire countryside.

except that the ruddy great quarried area in the middle ground has taken a great unnatural scoop out of those 'representative' moors and nowadays would be disallowed in a (probably) designated conservation area..........however I liked the harsh interference alongside harsh nature, and I thank you for the vote of confidence
