Make the plane sit on the runway for one hour after arrival while you clear snow at the gate. 3. After the plane has parked fail to think about that the jetway connecting to the plane might need some special attention because of the snow giving a further 15 minute delay while the plane is fully parked. 4. Fail to unlock the door to the terminal from the jetway giving a final 3 minute delay. |
