Hmm, interesting question.

Yes, just made a quick test and Sepia tint looks nice.

But definitely less flattering to the lady, and would
need some work to try and recover the blown-out
details in the background - which really looks empty
in B&W. Here that nice blue offsets the empty BG to
some degree.
