Hahah.. I don't know to be exact. It looks illegal, but than it doesnt loook illegal. Hearing of pemex, hes big time in California, so I don't know. It could be a legal because it has "ono seafood" inside. But it could be illegal because i don't think they would leave the buff marks behind the piece like that.
