Egg with a feather is showing its origin. Bought in town, but obviously from a farm. More precisely, from a hen.
I love food items with obvious signs of their origin :-)

But... don't give ideas like that... If someone here in the US sees that picture and reads the detailed description you've made, chances are that in a couple of weeks we are buying eggs with glued plastic feathers (made in china) pretending to be organic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't seen a feather in an egg since I was a child!!. To be honest, I believe that few people know that they come from a hen!!
