3/4 c. sugar
3 mashed ripe bananas
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. wheat bran
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
½ c. chopped walnuts
you can also add cinnamon, your choice.

Mix sugar, bananas, oil, and eggs together. Sift together dry ingredients and add; add vanilla. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for 60-70 minutes in 175 degree C oven. Cool 20 minutes before inverting.
