My mother used to make lokse and my sister & I are hoping someone has the recipe. I know it is made with potatoes, flour & egg, but we need to know how much flour & potatoes to get the right consistency for rolling out. Please help! Thank you!

I'm Sorry. We bought that one in a Xmas market in Praha. I have no idea of the recipe.
