If you had said that this was a scan of an old print from your dark room days I would have had no doubts.

I would rotate the image slightly clockwise and I would experiment with cropping to reduce the area occupied by the port. It is a bit too prominent but that is largely a matter of taste of course.

Other than that a great conversion from a colour transparency. Good job!

Thank you, Serge, for your comments, they are very much appreciated. Now that you have brought it to my notice, the archway does appear to lean to the left. As for cropping, I wanted to keep the plant growth on the left otherwise the loss of a few mm would not matter.
