new in the family!
I had planned to buy a Digital SLR, but when I met this medium format, I changed my mind.
I'll have to learn the basics all over again but I guess it is not time to go to digital yet, for me.

this "little" baby is huge and heavy! Body + Finder + Motor Grip + Back + Prime Lens = 2kilos

hehehe Volker, yes! I just bought a new backpack for this camera. Including lenses, flash, tripod... it is really heavy load.

i never owned a mamiya, but a friend of mine had an old 645 (non-'pro'), and i looooved it..
you have other lenses as well?

lenses: 35mm f3.5, 55mm f2.8, 80mm f1.9, 150mm f3.5
two macro adapters
120 back, polaroid back

ah, yeah.. my friend had the 80/1.9 too. wonderful lens!

unfortunately he sold both camera and lens..
