Eurya japonica Thunbis is an evergreen shrub in the Theaceae family.
Usually they are dioecious, in rare cases there are monoecious ones.

This tree that I took in my garden is female tree.
But, there is a male tree in the garden in my neighborhood.
So they can have fruits in every autumn, though not eatable.
