Seed of Clerodendrum thomsoniae
ゲンペイクサギ(源平臭木)の実
挿し木２年目、鉢植え。
春-秋は西向きベランダ、冬期は室内南向き出窓。
真冬以外は咲き続け、花後もピンク色に変わる苞を
楽しめる。開花数に比べて結実する割合は少ないが、
受粉すると、緑色の３つに山が分かれた実ができ、
黒く熟すと割れて朱赤の果肉がむき出しになる。
