This was generated with my newly written software "gollage (GTK+ collage)". It's available on sourceforge.net: http://gollage.sourceforge.net/. You can set different things, just like degree of the photo frames, background color, size of final image and size of photo frames.
At the moment, it runs only under Linux. But the sourcecode is nearly operating system independent, just need GTK+ and ImageMagick, both things available on nearly all platforms.
