@michi: This particular photo has not been processed at all. Not even a crop.

This is how the sky really looked like. On some of the photos with a much darker sky, I used a polarizing filter.

If it had been processed, I might have cropped the stuff in the bottom left and removed the dust you can see in the middle a little to the left.
