I went out to take some photos with my Carl Zeiss Sonnar 135 3.5, a very nice and sharp legacy lense.

Beautifully crisp and sharp, some dust spots though.

I removed the dust spots and uploaded a newer version of the picture. Before switching the lense one should turn off the camera and turn it on afterwards to start the sensor cleaning mechanism.

I was in a flap over dust a while ago and someone (Kevin
Payne, I think) told me it was inevitable, certainly cycling the
camera helps with sensor dust (the worst kind) but nothing
beats spotting each picture for dust spots (they show up
very easily if you scroll the picture in a viewer). Then either
Clone or Heal them. I usually check my lenses for dust, but
picking some up during a long day seems very common.

Panasonic or Olympus MFT cameras with a good dust removing system (here Super Sonic Wave Filter) usually keep the sensor dust free. You should just turn the camera off when changing lenses.
