Let's start playing. My favorite recipe for this desert is in fact ... Quarkstollen. I put a lot of dry fruits inside, not only raisins but also cherries, apricots, figs, blueberries. Also almonds, of course. And this part in the middle is my homemade marzipan.

Ah! With cherries! That's a great idea! Seems like you can bake absolutely anything :-)
