one more blurry-moon-shot, especially for Stevie, Volker and Paulo :***)

Ah - now I see it clearly! It is an alien spaceship!!! :)

Of course, Stevie, what else? ;-)

Nice shot, Gergana, the vanishing structures of the clouds are very nice.

It is maybe a horny alien, who swallowed the Moon (how rude!). After that, he decided to walk over the Small Carpathians very carefully, pretending to be *invisible* :o)))

ok, may be, and now he hurries round the world so nobody misses the moon and and detects the alien. But how does he manage to show the phases? Hmmmm, I'm not fully convinced of your story, dear!

Mmmmuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaaacccssssssss!

Haahaa, well... since the Moon is not a parasite, it cannot live in the intestines of that poor thing, the good alien preferred to gave it back to our sky.

MmooonnMmmmmuuuuaaaaaacs :***)

*OR* the alien is just transparent and as far as I can see it doesn't matter too much if it takes more profit from the moon than ourself as long as it doesn't damage it ^_^ muaaaaaaks dears!

As the discoverer of the alien spacecraft, I think I can shed some light on all this. Gergana is the closest, as this is indeed related to reproduction. The glowing globe is in fact an alien fruit (I don't know where you all got this moon idea from - how ridiculous) and it has a gestation period of about two weeks. In fact, I'm prepared to bet that if Gergana were to try and take another shot of the fruit now, it would be nowhere to be seen. That's because, obviously, it will have burst by now and distributed its seed over the earth. I expect the alien to have produced another fruit by about 16th July, but we'll have to wait and see!

By the way, if you want to see the alien's face, Anita took a great shot of it here:

WWWOOWW, GUYS, you are such a fun! Thank you all!
Stevie, this is one of the most wonderful alien stories I've ever heard!
Besides, maybe the moon-seeds are distributed all over the sky as stars?!?
What I know is that I'll wait 16th and 17th July to see the Moon-rebirth ... hopefully over the calm sea... :***)
