Maculata means spotted/patterned leaves. The most common orchid in Norway/Scandinavia.

But the leafs is the part you need to see for the species, not the petals. They can vary greatly. But I never saw a Dactylorhyza maculata that pale and ragged looking at once, it got the jiz of an Orchis italica nearly... of course the later does not occurre up north and the two lowest petals would be parted a bit higher.
A very remarkable specimen. Is your subspecies always looking like that?

Have asked a biologist via internett and he says it´s Dactylorhyza maculata. The spots on the leaves varies a lot and can also be totally absent. Also the colour varies from violet to almost white.

Gorgeous.... There's something special about coming across native orchids in the wild, isn't there? Unless you're spoiled and they're common, I suppose. Nice capture =)
