This 360° panorama is done with my new (selfmade) panoramic tripod head. I think it works. :-)

Ansonsten wäre es natürlich interessant die Konstruktion Deines Panoramakopfes zu sehen.

Brilliant! How many shots have you stitched together?
Volker March 05, 2009, 08:53 PM
Danke, Crazyrayman & Janfri!!!
@Janfri: Du hast natürlich Recht. Die Bäume waren aber schon reativ nah. Ich stand zwichen den Bäumen. Die Konstruktion ist klasse. ;-) Aber noch nicht ganz fertig. (Ich muß noch etwas rumfeilen)

Thank you, Stevie! The pano was made out of 38 photos (two rows). But I think I made to much photos. There was too much overlapping.

38? cool!
Did you use PS to merge them? Because of the two rows, I guess that it made sky to... crunch(?), flatten(?), I can't explain it. You see the top of the first tree on the right, its distortion?
I try to avoid it, shooting portrait instead of landscape position. And I use AutoPano Pro and some of its post processing features to correct spherical and cilindrical projections...
I'd like to see the tripod itself! Can you tell us about its design and featrues?

Magnificence, my Dear :***)
Volker March 06, 2009, 06:29 PM
Thanks to you all!!!
Thomas, no PS. I used AutoPano Pro and photos are in portrait position. I think you have much more experience with AutoPano Pro.
Here you can see the pano head.
